We are pleased to present the Programme for our upcoming scientific conference dedicated to students and doctoral researchers. This event brings together emerging scholars to share their research, exchange ideas, and engage in interdisciplinary dialogue. The program has been carefully designed to include a variety of presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, fostering both academic development and collaboration.

Meet the Panelist

Karolina Białas

Research and Teaching Assistant at the Department of Marketing, Institute of Management, University of Szczecin

She possesses over 13 years of professional experience in management, marketing, and strategic communication. Her teaching portfolio includes collaboration with WSB Merito University and the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Szczecin. In her research and consulting practice, she focuses on marketing strategy development and business process optimization. She integrates managerial expertise with a scientific approach to the analysis of market phenomena.

Paweł Muklewicz

General Manager of DGS Diagnostics

For over 18 years, he has been associated with Scandinavian companies and the work culture originating from Nordic countries. A graduate of the Szczecin University of Technology, the University of Szczecin and ICAN Institute.

A certified Project Manager with many years of experience. He combines strong engineering expertise with a passion for people development, working in the spirit of Motivation 3.0. He actively supports organizational growth across multiple dimensions: process, competency, environmental, and cultural. He promotes a tribe-based approach and the integration of various working methods to increase business efficiency, particularly in high mix–low volume production environments.

Joanna Rzempała, PhD

Vice President of the Board of IPMA Poland and Assistant Professor in the Department of Organization and Management at the University of Szczecin's Faculty of Economics, Finance, and Management.

She is a lecturer in project management and serves as the head and lead instructor of the „Certified Project Manager” postgraduate program at the University of Szczecin.

As a project manager for both educational and business initiatives, she also works as an independent consultant, specializing primarily in project financial management. Her leadership roles include managing the international IPMA Kids program and the PM Student program, as well as coordinating the national Project Master competition for the best diploma thesis in project management. She holds the Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level B) designation, a Ministry of Finance certificate for bookkeeping services, and the PRINCE2 Foundation certification. In 2015, she was awarded the „Atlas of Project Management” for her contributions to spreading project management knowledge in Poland. She is the author of numerous scientific publications on management and, since March 2018, has been a member of the IPMA Finance Committee.

Paweł Sukiennik

People & Project Manager, Change Manager, Business Trainer

Pawel is an experienced manager with over 15 years of delivering complex, large-scale IT projects in international environments. He combines a strong technical background – including a PhD in Computer & Software Security – with hands-on expertise in change management, risk management, and team leadership. Currently at Tieto, he drives digital transformation and leads organizational change processes based on the PROSCI® methodology. He actively cooperates with a local university, where engineers from his team mentor students – building a direct bridge between academic knowledge and real-world project practice. As a certified Business Trainer with postgraduate studies in Business Psychology, Pawel naturally connects the worlds of science and business, which makes the topic of this panel close to both his work and his heart.
